The Instructional Materials Center of Central Michigan University recognizes the pivotal role that libraries play in the life of educational institutions as well as the substantial continuing capital and operating revenue necessary for maintaining libraries that meet the changing needs of institutions they serve. The Instructional Materials Center will continue to direct its energies toward the most efficient, cost effective management of its resources, to employ a qualified, well-trained staff, and will attempt to provide for the university a facility capable of delivering the highest quality library services.
