Loan Period: Regularly circulating materials are loaned for a period of three weeks to students, faculty, staff, and community members. It is the responsibility of the borrower to return or renew the materials by the date stamped on the date due slip.

Restricted Circulation: Textbooks can check out on a limited time basis to students in mid-tier placements, student teachers, local professionals, and faculty / staff members for 1 - 2 days. For class presentations, patrons may check out the book for the 1-3 hours needed.  For class assignments, the textbook must be utilized in the IMC.

Curriculum Materials Circulation: Kits, charts, models, puppets, games, audio books and any other instructional materials may be checked out for 7 days.

Overdue Materials: An overdue notice will be mailed approximately one week after the materials are due. There is a charge of $ 5.00 per overdue item, payable at Receivable Accounting. If the item is not returned within two weeks after the notice, the item will be processed as lost and an additional $8.00 per item fee plus the standard replacement cost will be charged. If the item is returned after it has been billed as lost, the patron will be refunded only the replacement cost of the item.
