Criminal background check disclaimer
All teacher education students are under obligation to report any change in your legal status. If you have any legal issues not addressed and accounted for by the Center for Student Services, you must contact Amy at 989-774-3682 and set up an appointment with the Assistant Director of Professional Education. Failure to report a conviction, which shows up in a criminal records check, may result in denial or revocation of your teaching certificate.
