Midtier students will begin coming to host schools the week of January 21, 2008

Midtier Student Due dates:

Week of October 20, 2008

  • Mid semester evaluation

  • First lesson evaluation form with a typed lesson plan attached

Week of December 1, 2008

  • Final evaluation

  • Second lesson evaluation form with a typed lesson plan attached

  • Initialed, totaled and signed attendance record with Diversity Check List attached
