Dr. Jacobson started working at CMU: August, 2000 In her previous life she: was an adjunct faculty member at Wayne State University and Eastern Michigan University; and a former teacher, counselor and administrator in K-12 public schools in Michigan. Her hobbies and life passions are: working at CMU and connecting with CMU students, parents, staff and faculty. She supports various CMU cultural and athletic events, and plays golf whenever possible. Rooting for the Detroit Tigers, Lions, Red Wings, Pistons and Shock keep her busy; along with cheering on her fellow left-handed golfer, Phil Mickelson.
