Administrator Certification

The application for State of Michigan administrator certification is available here.

• Click the top link, ‘Application for Initial Administrator Certificate”
• Print the form out and mail it to the CMU address indicated on the form

Do not send any money to CMU. We will ensure the accuracy of the application and pass the information on to the State of Michigan Department of Education. They will bill you ($160.00) and send the certificate to you.
