Dr. Whale is an experienced administrator at the elementary, middle and high school levels whose research and teaching focus on the use of technology by educational leaders. He has published in Principal, Principal Leadership, and the Journal of the Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals and is responsible for the administration of the M.A. cohort programs with emphasis on the school principalship offered by the Department. He supervises Ed.S. theses, sits on Ed.D. dissertation committees, and is the co-investigator or evaluator on two externally funded research projects.
