  2. Emphasis Area (15 hours)
    3. Note: Off-Campus Programs students will NOT select Higher Education Administration
    • Note: This emphasis area is available to on-campus students only.
    • EDL 626 (3) The Adult Learner
    • EDL 636 (3) Higher Education Law
    • EDL 763 (3) Personnel Administration in Higher Education
    • EDL 764 (3) Financing of Higher Education
    • EDL 776 (3) Administration of Higher Education
  3. Capstone Project (6 hours)
    4. Select either Plan A or Plan B:

    Plan A: Field Based Project
    • EDL 669 (1-15) Administrative Internship
    • EDL 797 (3) Field Study
    Plan B: Thesis
    • EDLD 798 (6) Thesis – completion of a thesis, including an oral examination of the thesis.
  4. Electives (24 hours)
    • Selected in consultation with advisor.
Total: 60 semester hours
